FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: assistance to a user in finding a specific content of interest from content aggregate, which includes associated values of properties and according properties. The user selects one of many values of properties, which characterise content aggregate, and filters this content using the selected value of filtering property. The system groups the filtered aggregate using a grouping property. The grouping property may be associated with a value of filtering property selected by the user and/or may be determined from values of filtered aggregate properties. Process of filtration/grouping may be repeated as many times as it is required to find the specific content of interest.
EFFECT: provision to find content of interest for a user by selection of a filtering property for content aggregate.
