FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology. For biopsy in patients with superficial urinary bladder cancer used is white light cytoscopy in fluorescence mode with application of hexyl ether of 5-aminolevululinic acid. Biopsy from zones of fluorescent and non-fluorescent sections is performed. At final stage performed is multiple biopsy of randomly selected points of non-fluorescent mucosa in number of 12 biopsy material samples: postrerior, right lateral, left lateral, anterior wall, bottom, prostatic part of urethra - 2 sections of mucosa for each. Hexyl ether of 5-aminolevululinic acid is used as isotonic solution with concentration in range 0.005% - 0.020% wt.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of diagnostics of superficial urinary bladder cancer due to more accurate determination of tumour process spreading on urinary bladder mucosa.
