FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: treatment of superficial bladder cancer is ensured with intravenous injection of photohaem 48 hours prior to operation. It is followed with oral introduction of Alasence 3 hours prior to operation or bladder injection 2 hours prior to operation. Operation involves fluorescent diagnostics (FD) with Alasence. Thus tumour fluorescence borders visible in cystoscopy and fluorescence centres of latent cancer. Detected fluorescence borders of all the tumours are marked with coagulating these borders by perimeter of fluorescence centres. Then "ФДТ" follows. Thus the whole bladder is exposed to radiation. After that transurethral resection (TUR) of tumours is accompanied with removal of all marked centres. Reverse sequence is possible: TUR of tumours with removal of all the centres followed by "ФДТ".
EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of patient suffering from superficial bladder cancer, lower number of relapses, reduced treatment time.
