FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an ampoule used as a syringe for introduction of medical solutions in a dynamic body of a patient, an animal, etc. Besides, the present invention refers to a syringe supplied with an ampoule, used as a syringe and an ampoule holder. The ampoule used as a jet injector comprises a front end (4) removed when the ampoule in use, an ampoule body (2) capable to contain a medical solution (10), and a portion (3) for liquid injection connecting the front end (4) and the ampoule body (2). The front end (4), the ampoule body (2) and the portion (3) for liquid injection are integral. A through hole (6) is formed in the front end (4), the ampoule body (2) and the portion (3) for liquid injection and passes from the ampoule body (2) in the middle through the front end (4). The front end (4) is provided with a sealing portion (4a) encapsulating the through hole (6). In the ampoule body (2), there is provided a contact of a movable plug (5) and an inner surface of the ampoule body (2), while the medical solution (10) is tightly closed in the through hole (6) between the movable plug (5) and the sealing portion (4a). A syringe device for the jet injector (20) comprises aforesaid ampoule for the jet injector (1), the movable plug (5) built in the ampoule (1), and the holder (20) to insert the ampoule (1). In the second version of the ampoule, in a lower end (2a), being from the portion (3) for liquid injection on the inner surface, the ampoule body (2) is supplied with a shock absorber for movable plug (5) buffing. In the third version of the ampoule, on an outer surface of the ampoule body (2), there are spiral sockets and spiral cambers. In the forth version of the ampoule, on the outer surface of the ampoule body (2), there is a number of annular sockets and cambers.

EFFECT: creation of easy-to-use ampoule used as a syringe, and an ampoule device having excellent characteristics of introduced drug amount precision and hygienicity.
