FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an ampoule suitable for the use as a syringe for needle-less injection, etc. The ampoule contains a front end section, a main body, a connection element and a connection portion. The front end section is removed when using the ampoule. The main body can enclose a drug solution. The connection element connects the front end section and the main body. The connection portion connecting the front end section and the connection element is more narrow than the front end section and the connection element. A hermetic end of a container which comprises the front end section, the connection portion and the connection element is formed separately from the main body. The front end section, the connection portion and the main body are directed coaxially to a central axis and have longitudinal sections of cavities extended from the main body to the middle of the front end section. The connection portion is broken in two if applying a transverse force with respect to the central axis so that the front section of the connection element which is formed as a round truncated cone is open, and a section of the cavity of the connection element becomes an open end. The front end section of the hermetic end of the container comprises an end projection at the top of the front end section which penetrates into the section of the cavity arranged in the connection portion. A needle-less syringe device comprises said ampoule, an ampoule guide able to enclose the ampoule, and an ejection means. The connection element of the hermetic end of the container additionally contains a hollow cylindrical insert provided on a section which is in contact with the main body and a projection provided on an internal peripheral surface of the insert. The main body comprises a first notch in which the insert is mounted, and a second notch in which the projection is fixed. The insert is fixed in the first notch, and the projection is mounted in the second projection.
EFFECT: ampoule is crack resistance on the cylinder and breaking stable with high cleavage stability required for the hermetic end of the container, as well as provides comfortable liquid spraying.
