SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to centrifugal separator and liquid phase discharge element. Centrifugal separator comprises revolving cup with lengthwise rotational axis. Radial direction passes perpendicular to lengthwise direction. It comprises also base plate arranged on cup end to extend therefrom, and box extending in zone of outlet on plate outside. Box comprises lateral side with normal line arranged at acute angle to cup periphery in area of aforesaid box, and outlet made in box sidewall. Outlet is confined radially by web with overflow edge to run inside toward above preset liquid level. Liquid phase discharge element to be mounted above outlet comprises flange with inlet made therein, box extending in area of inlet on side of said flange. Box comprises lateral side with normal line arranged at acute angle to cup periphery in area of aforesaid box, and outlet made in box sidewall. Outlet is confined by web with overflow edge.
EFFECT: reduced power losses, 10% to 50% power increase.
