FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal separators. This separator comprises spinning bin, conveyor arranged coaxially therein to spin therewith, separation chamber confined radially from outside by said bin and radially from inside by said conveyor. Note here that the latter incorporates acceleration chamber. Note here that loading accelerator is arranged coaxially with conveyor inside acceleration chamber to spin about rotational axis at rpm lower than that of conveyor. Acceleration chamber has loading holes for loading material into separation chamber. Loading accelerator has discharge hole to unload loading material via discharge hole to discharge into conveyor acceleration chamber. Loading holes extend to first axial section and discharge holes extend to second axial section. Note here that first and second axial section overlap to make loading material from discharge hole in direction with radial and circumferential components.
EFFECT: improved loading owing to flow accelerator, ruled out flow turbulence.
