FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for manual arc welding of high alloyed heat proof and heat resistant steel with contents of chromium over 25 % and nickel 15 % and over 20 % and also of alloys on iron-nickel and nickel base. An electrode consists of a core out of high alloyed steel and of applied on it coating containing wt %: marble 10-25, ferrosilicium 6-13, ferromanganese or manganese 4-10, ferrochromium of chromium 4-10, ferromolybdenum 5-10, nickel 3-8, potassium chromate 0.5-5.0, rutile and/or titanium dioxide - the rest. Additionally coating may contain wt %: ferrovanadium 5-10, ferrotitanium 2-8, and also iron powder 5-13, dolomite - up to 7. Ratio of contents of rutile and/or titanium dioxide in coating to contents of marble is 2-2.5. The core is made out of wire of grade Sv-08X25H60M10 or Sv-X23H40M7, or Sv-08X25H25M3.
EFFECT: production of electrode for welding both with alternate or direct current possessing high resistance to pores formation in pad-welded material, also easy arc initiation including repeated one and characterised with easy, up to spontaneous slag removal.
