FIELD: excavation devices.
SUBSTANCE: devices for the soil development in areas with a high density of existing buildings, structures and underground utilities. Device for excavation consists of a guide shaft attached to the handle of the excavator, an electric motor fixedly attached to the lower end face of the guide shaft, two gearboxes movably connected by a gear to the drive shaft of the electric motor and fixed on anchors rigidly attached to the lower part of the side face of the guide shaft, a mounting frame rigidly fixed on the side face of the guide shaft, two excavators installed opposite each other at an equal distance from the axis of the guide shaft, a hopper installed above the excavators, two trays fixedly attached to the lower end faces of the hopper and to the side edge of the guide shaft. The electric motor and gearboxes are mounted on a common axis, perpendicular to the axis of the guide shaft, and are closed by the lower and upper crash barriers. The lower elements of the side faces of the mounting frame, parallel to the common axis of the electric motor and gearboxes, are made at an angle to the axis of the guide shaft and are provided with heels. Each of the excavators includes at least two shell cutters movably mounted opposite each other on two bearing shafts with the formation of a common angle between them. The carrier shafts are fixed in the lower part of the lower elements of the mounting frame. Each pair of shell cutters is movably connected by means of drive shafts equipped with cardan joints to the driven shaft of the corresponding gearbox. Each shell cutter is equipped with face and side cutters. The rotation of the excavators is provided in mutually opposite directions, with the movement of the end cutters of the shell cutters located in the lower position towards the axis of the guide shaft. The hopper is made of four side gratings, placed above the excavators and rigidly attached to the mounting frame. The feet of the mounting frame are made with the possibility of interacting with two formwork panels installed parallel to each other and fixedly connected to each other in the upper and lower parts of their side faces by crossbars.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of soil development in confined spaces.
