SUBSTANCE: plant includes sea water supply pipeline, sea water supply pump, the first and the second recuperative heat exchangers, cavitation steam generator with plasmatron, steam compressor and pipeline of saline discharge from the plant; at that, plant is also equipped with once-through magnetic sea water processing device, hydraulic cyclone, steam cleaning system, steam condenser, fresh water collecting tank and hydraulic impact steam condensation system.

EFFECT: increasing the steam formation efficiency, reducing the content of hazardous tritium and deuterium impurities in condensate of vapour phase and simplifying the operation of plant and cavitation steam generators.
