FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosing girls with ovarian malfunction, particularly - menstrual disorders (MD) of microelement genesis. The girls living in environmentally unfriendly areas are examined for urine ALC level, and if it exceeds the value 53.2 mcM/day, hairs are sampled additionally to evaluate the concentrations of such chemical elements as copper, zinc, selenium, lead. The concentration relations of "ХЭ"-antagonist Pb/Zn, Se/Pb, Pb/Cu pairs are calculated. If observing the deviations of the listed values at least in 2 times from the norm, MD of microelement aetiology is diagnosed in the given patient.
EFFECT: early detection of the signs of MD of microelement genesis eliminates the necessity of specific invasive expensive laboratory assessment of reproductive system.
