FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: output of emission source is connected to gradient-index lens having the possibility of formation of light beam directed through polariser and ferrite-garnet film to polarising prism with beam-splitting covering. Output of emission source is also connected to input of reference photoreceiver the output of which is connected to the second inputs of two amplifiers. Outputs of amplifiers are connected to output signal processing device. The first inputs of amplifiers are connected to outputs of two photoreceivers the inputs of which are connected to two gradient-index lenses to which two polarised light beams are supplied through polarising prism with beam-splitting covering and two analysers.

EFFECT: higher time stability and measurement accuracy, and possibility of measuring electric currents in narrow range.
