SUBSTANCE: transmitter includes a module of system information generation, arranged with the possibility of multiplexing information on a system frequency band in a broadcasting channel of an element from the system information, which is required to search for a cell, and multiplexing another element of the system information in the channel that differs from the broadcasting channel, and it differs from the element of the system information on the system frequency band, which is multiplexed in the broadcasting channel; and a module of transmission arranged with the possibility to transmit a broadcasting channel and a channel that differs from the broadcasting channel, at the same time the element of information on the system frequency band indicates the frequency band of the system in a basic station that comprises the transmitter.
EFFECT: reduced volume of information processing during cell searching, less time required for cell searching.
