SUBSTANCE: method of user disconnection, when transfer of service takes place, or there is a transition between a 3GPP network and a non-3GPP network, includes the following stages: user equipment is transmitted or switched from the origin network into the target one. A request to delete a channel sent by a service gateway of the origin network is received with the help of the origin network mobility control object. A channel resource or resources are deleted with the help of the origin network mobility control. It is decided whether a user should be disconnected from the origin network, if all channel resources of the user are deleted. Using non-3GPP gateway of the origin network, a message that indicates cancellation of linking and was sent with the help of the data package gateway is received. Channel resources are deleted with the help of the origin network non-3GPP gateway. Using the non-3GPP gateway of the origins network, it is identified, whether a user should be disconnected from the origin network, if it is identified that the user channel resources have been deleted.

EFFECT: provision of compatibility of wideband wireless access and multiple access network with code division of channels.
