SUBSTANCE: finger includes upper and lower counter-cutting plates welded to each other to form a rectangular slot. The upper counter-cutting plate is "П"-shaped and has two sharpened bent tips in the front part and a link. The lower counter-cutting plate is "П"-shaped and has two sharpened bent tips. On the lower counter-cutting plate in areas of welding there are four relief ledges made with the help of welding in the form of a prolonged oval. The welding core in its section is a prolonged oval. Device thermal treatment is arranged in the zone of cutting surfaces of the upper and lower counter-cutting plates.

EFFECT: increased reliability of cutting device fingers operation and reduced cost.
