FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using osteomuscular graft taken from a rib and a fragment of the musculus serratus magnus. The rib is subjected to osteotomy to make two parts with retained exterior periosteum. The parts are subjected to decortication from the external and internal side, respectively.
