FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: essence of method lies in osteotomy, fixation of fragments and further distraction. Fixation is performed with three transverse wires, two of which are installed in distal and proximal parts of main phalange stump, third - in distal part of I metacarpus. After osteotomy of main phalange stump, carried out between wires installed in it, through stump fragments, metacarpophalangeal joint and metacarpus axial wire is passed. Distraction of distal fragment of main phalange is performed step-by-step, alternating with distraction of adjacent joint during week, which is carried out simultaneously with regenerate compression, with 7 day interval between stages.
