SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill a rear-lateral incision along wrist's radial edge, form a tunnel distally from the stump of the 1st metacarpal bone up to the level of the 2nd metacarpo-phalangeal articulation, put an osseous transplant into the tunnel, connect the transplant and the stump of the 1st metacarpal bone and fix them with the help of needles. After complete fusion of the transplant and the stump of the 1st metacarpal bone it is important to fulfill distraction removal of adducting contracture of the 1st radius with the help of an apparatus, perform the operation on forming wrist's thumb. The innovation in question provides the safety of valuable sensitivity of the first radius formed.
