FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to reconstructive hand surgery. Cicatrices are excised in area of end face of a lengthened stump. Formed defect is replaced with a sharp Filatov-Gillies tubed pedicle and proximal end is cut off after implant survival by attachment to second end face of finger stump after excision of scar on it, forming a loop. After survival of stem legs alternately performing transverse subperiosteal osteotomy and distraction stump to required value and to shift distal fragment in thickness of legs of stem. After consolidation of bone fragments loop is divided into two parts and end surfaces of stump are formed.
EFFECT: method improves blood circulation of distal fragments of lengthened stump, reduces treatment duration and makes it possible to create reserve tissues to close distal stump.
