FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes in-series connected signal generation unit and control unit connected to control bus and inductive element fixed on process object. In addition, it includes indication unit, clock generator, electronic commutator and multi-pole current transformer consisting of inductive elements with elastic magnetic conductor fixed on magnetic conducting surface of process object. Outputs of inductive elements are connected to similar outputs of electronic commutator. Information input of electronic commutator is connected to the first output of signal generation unit and clock input is connected to output of clock generator. The second and the third outputs of control unit are connected to inputs of indication unit and clock generator respectively. The second input of indication unit is connected to the other output of signal generation unit.

EFFECT: increasing water treatment efficiency owing to creating the vortex electromagnetic field controlled as to value and frequency and acting on object transversely or along helical surface by means of multi-pole current transformer.
