FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes in-series connected control unit 7 and electric oscillation generation unit 1 and dipole transmitter 6 arranged on surface of process object 9. In-series connected feedback sensor 10, clock generator 5 and electronic switching unit 4. Information outputs of unit 4 are connected to similar inputs of unit of dipole transmitters 6. Unit 6 consists of two identical parts 6-1 and 6-2 with opposite-phase connection and is uniformly fixed on surface of process object. Indication unit 8 is connected by means of outputs to group of outputs of control unit 7. The third and the fourth outputs of unit 7 are connected to the second and the third control inputs of clock generator 5, and control input is connected to control bus 11. Unit 1 is made in the form of in-series connected microcontroller 2 and buffer amplifier 3 the control input of which is connected to the second input of unit 7, and its information output is connected to similar input of unit 4. The second output of microcontroller 2 is connected to the second input of unit 8. Feedback sensor 10 is fixed on process object at the specified distance from unit 6.

EFFECT: increasing cleaning efficiency and preventing the scale formation in water supply and water treatment systems.
