METHOD OF DISASSEMBLY OF MUNITIONS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F42B33/06

Abstract RU 2485437 C1

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: disassembly is carried out by burning of the explosive charge from the munition shell installed vertically with its neck down initiating laminar burning of explosive from the side of its free surface affecting on this surface by igniter body heated to a high temperature in the form of fluidised flowing granular material separated from the mixture flow of granular material with air from the pipe of the pneumatic transport of spouted fluidised bed. The flowing granular material reflected on the surface of combustion with the products of incomplete combustion flows from the neck of the munition to the zone of afterflaming and mixing with the rest of flowing granular material. The gaseous products are separated from the flowing granular material and through the heat exchanger of air heating and the cyclone separator of separation of the granular material remains is discharged into the atmosphere. The flowing granular material heated to a final temperature is fed to the heat accumulator.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the process of disassembly of munitions.
