FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of protective case with mini-reduction gear with self-braking worm gearing arranged outside thereof. Said reduction gear incorporates two symmetric output shafts and cover coupled via rigid levers with shafts. Reduction gear input shaft is rigidly coupled with drive shaft provided with inner mount bore to this end. Drive shaft runs in plain bearing mounted at protective case base, outside its inner space. Flywheel with handle is fitted on drive shaft extension. Protective case is covered by plate provided with sealing gasket fitted along plate edges. Plate has optical instrument mount hole tightly sealed by gasket.

EFFECT: sealed optical instrument lens.
