FIELD: armoured vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armoured combat vehicles with sights mounted on fighting compartment. Armoured protection of the sight is made in the form of a cover covering the sight head and located inside the armoured cap of the sight. Cover is installed with possibility of rotation relative to sight by means of drive. Cover is made in the form of a shell, which is fixed on a bearing installed on the base of the sight. In the side wall of the shell on the side of the sight there are two holes so that they are located opposite the window made in the side surface of the armoured cap of the sight. Drive is made in the form of an electromechanism with a rack, which is attached to the sight head.
EFFECT: improved combat and operational characteristics of the sight.
