FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises tissue fixation in formaldehyde solution, dehydration in water solutions of alcohols and incubation tissue specimen in hexane. Tissue specimen dehydration is performed in 2-butoxyethanol. Then, specimen is successively incubated in mix of methanol-dimethylsulfoxide- 30%-hydrogen peroxide taken in ratio of 4:1:1 for 1-24 h, thereafter, in mix chloroform-methanol taken in ratio of 2-1:1 for 1 h, and, finally, in hexane for 1 h and in 2-butoxyethanol for 24 h. Now specimen is dipped into composition of aromatic hydrocarbons with refractivity varying from 1.548 to 1.558 and cured for 1 to 48 h.

EFFECT: uniform optical clarification.
