SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for obtaining images by optical clarification of biological tissues and organs and using magnetic resonance tomography. Method for imaging biological tissues or organs involves monitoring immersion agent immersion introduced into the study region, by MRI examination and MRI recording of the image of the examination area with highlighting the high contrast area and its spatial reference, high-contrast optical coherence tomography (OCT) and alignment of the obtained images. Immersion agent for MRI examination and OCT are MRI contrast agent "Gadovist" or "Magnevist" or "Dotharem" containing gadolinium.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of information content and reliability of obtained images.
