FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for correction of tissue ischemia. For this purpose, in a laboratory animal, skin flap dissection is preceded by distant pre-conditioning by 10-minute femoral artery cross-clamping. It is followed with reperfusion for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: method allows increasing a healthy tissue area in the conditions of the reduced blood circulation with no drugs used.
