FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cellular plate includes a number of profiles from sheet material, which are fixed one after another. Profile is intended to form essentially the first flat external element in the ready cellular plate, essentially the second flat external element, internal element which is located for connection of the first and the second external elements. In cellular plate the profiles are attached to each other so that the first external elements can be located in adjacent thin plates with formation of the first external plate of cellular plate, the second external elements are located nearby so that the second external plate of cellular plate can be formed, and internal elements can form inner structure of cellular plate. Method is implemented on production line containing roll-forming machine for formation of attachment bends on steel sheet workpieces and mechanised stitching device for attachment of thin plates to each other.
EFFECT: enlarging manufacturing capabilities.
