FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tool consists of case, of deforming rings of ellipse shape, of disk with radial slots and of support cartridge, whereon there is secured profile cam. The deforming rings are secured in radial slots of the disk with clamping straps by means of screws. The case is made in form of an end asynchronous engine and consists of a movable rotating part - a rotor and of a stationary part - a stator. The disk is attached to the rotor. The support cartridge is pressed into the central part of the stator. The profile cam actuates the deforming rings for generation of their vibration in a radial direction at rotor rotation.
EFFECT: expanded process functionality, simplified design of tool and upgraded quality of treated surface.
