FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: fire-resistant polymer composite material contains a polymer base and filler, where the polymer base is a perforated foamed polymer whose pores are filled with filler which contains synthetic rubber having fire-resistance at temperature ranging from 200 to 700°C, a curing agent and a stabiliser. To obtain said material, the base is perforated while ensuring that the area of the perforated surface is in the range of 15…60% in the horizontal section. The perforations are then filled with liquid filler at room temperature. Components of the liquid filler include synthetic rubber, curing agent, stabiliser and, if necessary, solvent, pigments and antipyrenes. The perforations are filled with liquid filler at room temperature while raising density of the composite material to a value in the 0.25…1.0 g/cm3 range. The composite material is then cured for 24 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining material with high fire-resistance.
