FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of detecting patients irradiated by small doses of ionising radiation is realised by adding hydrogen peroxide into cultivated blood in vitro, after which obtained preparation is divided into two equal parts, one of which is cultivated in PRMI-1640 medium with further detection in obtained samples of chromosome aberrations used to judge about dose of obtained radiation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase diagnostics of pathological disorders at chromosome level.
