FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ultrasound converter 1 intended for transport facilities comprises membrane cup 2 with closed wall 3, converting element 10 arranged in said cup on membrane inner side to generate ultrasound oscillations, first damping element 12 to damp membrane 6 arranged in cup 2 on converting element 10 and second damping element 13 to damp oscillations of wall 3 arranged on cup 2 around converting element 10. Note here that second damping element 13 is connected, in at least separate sections with both said edge sections 9 and inner side 4 of wall 3. Invention covers also versions of ultrasound converter implementation.
EFFECT: ease of production and operation.
