SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for minimally invasive surgical management of choroidal detachment. Minimally invasive port in a number of two to four - an infusion port at 4 mm from a limb in a choroidal attachment or detachment, drain ports in the greatest choroidal detachment. Fluid drainage is stimulated by introduction of substances filling a vitreal cavity under variable pressure. More complete drainage is ensured by varying an inclination of the ports and pulling them out to the outside; the drainage ports are rearranged to the greatest highest choroidal detachment if displaced.

EFFECT: method enables more rapid visual function recovery ensured by complete choroidal attachment following fluid drainage from a subchoroidal space, reduced operative injury rate.
