FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in nuclear power engineering, chemical and gas industries. Inert gas flow with alkaline metal vapors is directed via branch pipe 1 provided with nozzle 2 arranged on its end into inner chamber of absorber 3 made up of oriented pyrolytic graphite and swirled to that flow direction is aligned with axis C of said pyrolytic graphite. Cleaned inert gas flow is discharged via branch pipe 4 arranged at absorbers bottom.
EFFECT: power and material savings.
