FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for finish machining of part surfaces in containers vibrating at low frequency. Container is made up of three rectangular strips bent alternately in opposite directions at 140° along cuts made at 60° to each other and to strip lengthwise edges to produce equilateral triangles alternating in opposite directions. Rectangular strips are interconnected along lengthwise edges at 70° to form three zigzag curved helical surface and three zigzag grooves along container inner perimetre, as well as two zigzag curved helical surfaces and two helical grooves of opposite direction. Three zigzag helical lines of primary direction with S pitch and two zigzag helical lines of opposite direction with 0.25S pitch are made along container outer perimetre. Points of convergence of sides of six equilateral triangles are located at salient point. Helical spring with device to vary turn pitch by spring compression or expansion is arranged along container length.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing, expanded performances.
