FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing and cleaning of parts with a working medium in a free state and can be used for processing long parts. The unit consists of a frame on which devices for loading and unloading parts in the form of roller tables and a container are mounted. The container is made composite in the form of a multichannel screw drum of two hollow screw surfaces, identical in the number of entries, but different in length and direction, with smooth helical lines of the same pitch, each of which is made of at least five rectangular strips alternately connected to each other. Through holes are made along the perimeter of the composite container from the loading and unloading sides. The container is rigidly fastened at the ends by means of end rings with a shell, inside which the coils of cylindrical springs with a rectangular section of coils of the same pitch are rigidly attached to its inner surface. The unit contains a drying chamber and a container for receiving cleaning solutions and industrial waste.
