FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition for breaking bonds of a vulcanisation network in a vulcanised elastomeric material is prepared in form of a composite solid batched form. The composition for breaking bonds contains (1) one or more agents which accelerate the breaking of bonds in an elastomer, selected from a group comprising zinc thiocarbamates and zinc dialkyldithiophosphates; (2) one or more agents which accelerate the breaking of bonds in an elastomeric material selected from a group comprising 2-mercaptobenzothiazole or derivatives thereof, thiurams, guanidines, 4,4'-dithiomorpholine and sulphenamides; and (3) at least one activator of the breaking of bonds in elastomeric material and additives or excipients which promote the granulation process, where the total amount of additives or excipients is less than 5% of the total weight of the composition.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of regenerating used vulcanised elastomeric materials without breaking the polymer backbone chain and improved dispersion of the composition which breaks bonds in a vulcanised elastomer.
