FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of conversion of heavy raw stock withdrawn from heavy crude oil, residues after crude oil refining or residues from catalytic processing, viscous residual oil products from installation of viscosity breaking, viscous residual oil products after thermal treatment, bitumen from oil bearing sand, liquids from coal of various origin and other high boiling raw stock of hydrocarbon origin known as "black oil". The procedure consists in the following stages: mixing heavy raw stock with suitable catalyst of hydration and directing produced mixture into a zone of the first hydraulic treatment (HT1) whereto there is introduced hydrogen or mixture of hydrogen and H2S; in direction of outlet flow from the zone of the first hydraulic treatment (HT1) containing product of reaction of hydraulic treatment and catalyst in a dispersed phase into a zone of the first refining (R1) consisting of one or more stages of instant evaporation and/or atmosphere refining and/or vacuum refining owing to which there are separated various fractions coming from reaction of hydraulic treatment. Further, the procedure consists in direction of at least part of residue after refining (viscous residual oil product) or liquid coming from the installation of instant evaporation of the zone of the first refining (R1) containing catalyst in the dispersed phase and enriched with sulphides of metals produced by de-metallisation of raw stock and. possibly, minimal amount of coke into a zone of de-asphaltisation (DA) at presence of solvents or into a zone of physical separation different from de-asphaltisation. In case of using the zone of de-asphaltisation there are produced two flows, one of which consists of de-asphalted oil (DAO), while another contains pyrobitumen at least partially re-circulated into the zone of the first hydraulic treatment. In the case of the zone of physical separation different from de-asphaltisation it contains separated solid substances and a flow of liquid. The procedure consists in directing the flow consisting of de-asphalted oil (DAO) or flow of liquid separated in the zone of physical separation different from de-asphaltisation into the zone of the second hydraulic treatment (HT2), whereto there is introduced hydrogen or mixture of hydrogen and H2S and suitable catalyst of hydration; in directing the outlet flow from the zone of the second hydraulic treatment (HT2) containing product of reaction of hydraulic treatment and catalyst in the dispersed phase into the zone of the second refining (R2) consisting of one ore more stages of instant evaporation and/or refining, by means of which there are separated different fractions coming from the zone of the second hydraulic treatment; in recycled direction at least part of residue after refining or liquid leaving the installation of instant evaporation of the zone of the second refining (R2) containing catalyst in the dispersed phase into the zone of the second hydraulic treatment (HT2) whereat the two said stages of hydraulic treatment HT1 and HT2 are carried out under different strict conditions.
EFFECT: raised degree of conversion without formation of coke and fluid fuel, production of maximal amount of refining products.
