FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: method of conversion of heavy charge includes the following stages: mixing of heavy charge with the relevant catalytic agent of hydrogenation and direction of received mixture to the zone of first hydrotreatment (HT1), where hydrogen or hydrogen and H2S mixture is added; direction of the flow coming from the zone of first hydrotreatment (HT1) containing the product of hydrotreatment reaction and catalytic agent in disperse phase to the zone of first distillation (D1) that includes one or more stages of flash evaporation and/or atmospheric distillation and/or vacuum distillation, with the aid of which different fractions are separated coming from hydrotreatment reaction; direction of, at least, part of residue after distillation (tar) or liquid coming from flash evaporation machine of the zone of first distillation (D1) containing the catalytic agent in disperse phase, enriched by metallic sulphide obtained by demetallisation of raw material and, probably, containing the minimum quantity of coke, to the zone of deasphaltising (DA) with solvents and obtaining two flows, one of which consists of asphalt-free oil (AFO) and the other contains asphaltenes and solid products designed for discharge or metals extraction; direction of the flow consisting of asphalt-free oil (AFO) to the zone of second hydrotreatment (HT2), where hydrogen or hydrogen and H2S mixture is added as well as the relevant catalytic agent of hydrogenation that contains transition metal in concentration about 1000 to 30000 parts per million; direction of the output flow from the zone of second hydrotreatment (HT2), containing the product of hydrotreatment reaction and catalytic agent in disperse phase to the zone of second distillation (D2) that includes one or more stages of flash evaporation and/or distillation, with the aid of which different fractions are separated, coming from the zone of second hydrotreatment; direction by recycling, at least, of part of residue after distillation or liquid coming from flash evaporation unit of the zone of second distillation (D2) containing the catalytic agent in disperse phase to the zone of second hydrotreatment (HT2).
EFFECT: increase of conversion degree without coke or liquid fuel formation.
