FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of composite materials with coal-graphite frame by impregnation. These materials operate under friction conditions as electro-technical items, such as current collectors, insertions of pantographs, electro-technical brushes and similar parts. Here is disclosed composite material containing coal-graphite frame impregnated with matrix alloy on base of copper. Additionally matrix alloy contains oxygen-free copper as a seed culture fermenter at the following ratio of components of matrix alloy, wt %: oxygen free copper 5.0-18.0, phosphorus 4.0-11.0, copper - the rest.
EFFECT: raised strength and cast properties of matrix alloy and composite material impregnated with given matrix alloy.
