SUBSTANCE: out of uncased well there taken by pumping is sample of mixture of fluids, which consists of drilling mud filtrate and formation fluid. During pumping there measured is temperature of pumped-out fluids. As per the obtained values the derivative of measured temperature of pumped-out fluids vs. time graph is built. Formation fluid invasion point is determined as per the change in the sign of the temperature derivative shown in the graph.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the formation fluid invasion point.
