SUBSTANCE: cartridge includes encapsulated case with powder charge and bullet. Bullet consists of cover and core. On inner side of head and cylindrical parts of bullet cover there made is even number of cavities of alternating longitudinal projections and cavities. Cavities of alternating longitudinal projections and cavities are uniformly distributed along the perimetre of cover. Projections in head part of cover are made in the form of two and more stages. Every second projections at two-stage design and every second third projections at three-stage and more design are shortened by the value of 0.2…1.5 of the gauge.

EFFECT: obtaining high stable characteristics as per grouping of shots.
