SUBSTANCE: light flux power passed though biological tissue specimen is measured in photometric chamber at two different flux reception aperture. Note here that, first, diaphragm is used to limit flow diameter to that equal to diameter d of specimen illuminating beam. Then, said diameter is increased to diameter D 5 to 10 times greater than first diameter d. Dissipation and absorption factors s and a are defined from formulas, respectively: s = p∂+τ∂ and a = 1 - s - τd, where τd is directed transmission factor defined as τd=Fτd/F0, F0 is initial power of illuminating beam, (mW), Fτd is measured power of transmitted flux with diaphragm d, τ∂ is diffusion transmission factor defines as: τ∂ =τ -τd, where τ is total (integral) transmission factor defined as τ=Fτ/F0, where Fτ is measured power of transmitted flux, (mW), with diaphragm D, ρ∂ is back scatter factor defined from for photometric invariant
