SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method involves preparation of culinary salt, its moistening with an alcoholic beverage, drying the moistened salt and its milling. Alcoholic beverage expenditure is 3-4% of salt weight. The alcoholic beverage is represented by cognac, vodka, beer, wine, whisky.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce original flavoured culinary salt with various taste and flavour combinations; this salt preserves alcohol beverage flavour, but does not constitute a danger in case of accidental intake by children.
