SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, and can be used for medical rehabilitation and prevention of cosmetic defects. An apparatus comprises a power supply, a microprocessor connected with a liquid crystal display, control buttons and an audio indicator, a feedback signal analysis block integrated in the body, and positive and negative electrodes. The power supply is connected to a raising converter with its first output connected to the microprocessor, and a second one through a first electronic key is connected to a first input of the driven raising converter, a third one is connected through a second electronic key to the display; a second input of the driven raising converter is connected with the microprocessor, and its output - with the feedback signal analysis block with an output connected through an analogue-to-digital converter, and an input through a digital-analogue converter, to the microprocessor additionally connected also to the first and second electronic keys and an efficiency indicator and the power supply discharge. The positive and negative electrodes are connected to the feedback signal analysis block generating currents 0.05 nA to 40 mcA and voltage 0.1 mV to 20 V.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows higher effectiveness of skin and muscle exposure in various physiological features of patients.
