FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of round-section small-thickness tubes from binding material for fluids and gases at atmospheric or higher pressure. Proposed method of extrusion from-cement-based paste comprises rotation of as-extruded tube inside tubular mould. Extruded tube is imparted centrifugal force to preserve its round shape unless binding material is hardened. Said as-extruded tube is rotated in varying direction at 0.2 to 10 rpm speed rate. Counter mould features ID allowance in the range of 0.4 to 3% relative to as-extruded tube OD. Rotation is carried for 30 minutes to three hours.
EFFECT: maintaining finished product shape immediately after extrusion.
