SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing medical compositions. Container content transfer system comprises a first and a second container, which can be connected to each other with the possibility of moving the medium by means of a connecting device, which contains a content movement device, which, being retained by means of the locking device in the locked position, prevents media exchange or makes it possible to exchange media in the unlocked position. At that, the locking device is made with possibility of switching into the unlocked position by means of the container movement; on said movable container there are additional control means, which at least partially cover said container from the outside and act on the locking device of the content movement device with provision of its unblocking. Connecting device as a receiving part of the content movement and locking device comprises a housing in the form of a sleeve, one end of which is connected or is configured to be connected to the first container, and other end is open for input of movable second container, and which forms guide for movement of device for movement of content and locking device. Content transfer device comprises a disc as a hollow tenon carrier located in the centre and protruding from both sides of the disc, along the disk perimeter there are fixing devices, controlled by the locking device, by means of which the disk is fixed with the possibility of release on the cartridge latchings in the initial position with prevention of its opening movement, wherein the first retainers are formed by elastically diverging tabs of plates located along the perimeter of the disc and protruding from its plane, and for tabs providing attachment to sleeve, on the sleeve there are second latches, which lock device for movement of content in final position after termination of connection process.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of the system.
