FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in following stages: shaping slab for sheet of textured electro-technical steel into sheet with finish thickness by rolling; sheet primary re-crystallisation annealing; sheet secondary re-crystallisation annealing; application of processing solution for insulation coating on sheet and sheet burning. Also, according to the procedure as a processing solution of insulation coating there is used solution containing at least one compound chosen from phosphates of Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Al and Mn and colloid solution of silicon dioxide at amount from 0.5 to 10 mole in terms of SiO₂, and at least one compound chosen from permanganates of Mg, Sr, Zn, Ba and Ca at amount from 0.02 to 2.5 moles in terms of metal elements in permanganates relative to 1 mole of PO₄ in phosphates. Sheet is burned at temperature from 350°C or higher and at 1100°C or lower.

EFFECT: obtaining solution for application of insulation coating on electro-technical steel with reduced effect of magneto-striction.
