FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for manufacture of textured electro-technical steel with insulation coating consists in following stages: shaping slab for sheet of textured electro-technical steel into sheet with final thickness by rolling, sheet primary re-crystallisation annealing, sheet secondary re-crystallisation annealing, application of processing solution for insulation coating on sheet and sheet burning, According to the procedure as a processing solution for insulation coating there is used solution containing at least one compound chosen from phosphates Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Al and Mn, colloid solution of silicon dioxide at amount from 0.2 to 10 mole in terms of SiO2 and chelate compound of titanium at amount of from 0.01 to 4.0 mole in terms of Ti relative to 1 mole of PO4 in phosphates. Sheet is burned at temperature from 350°C or above and 1100°C or below.
EFFECT: obtaining solution not containing chromium for application of insulation coating on electro-technical steel with reduced effect of magnet-striction.
