FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic source of low pressure (see the drawing) comprises a unit 1 of pressure pulling, a unit 2 of fine tuning, a unit 3 of smooth pressure reduction, a control element 4, output ports 5, and also a unit 6 of compensation, made in the form of a membrane compensation unit of low rigidity with variable volume, enclosed into a reservoir 7 of permanent volume, heat insulated with a heat insulation material 8 and connected via a supply nozzle 9 to the pneumatic system of low pressure source. Making the element of variable volume with low rigidity and placing it into the heat-insulated reservoir of permanent volume, and connection of the low pressure source via the supply nozzle to the pneumatic system of the low pressure source in combination with availability of the fine tuning unit makes it possible to develop low pressures with high accuracy and to maintain them permanent.

EFFECT: making it possible to develop and preserve the specified values of low pressures or underpressure, permanent in value, during the time required for a calibrated point in process of calibration.
